Our Story
At The Bread Factory & Market, our journey started with a simple yet powerful passion bringing authentic Mediterranean flavors to our community in a way that feels like home.
For over 20 years, we have been baking our signature Persian flatbread, a staple that has earned a dedicated following. The demand for our bread is so high that we sell out early in the day and have to take pre-orders just to accommodate our customers. People from other states have repeatedly asked us to ship our bread, and whenever they visit, they stock up in large quantities, freezing it to enjoy for their daily use.
This overwhelming demand inspired us to think bigger. Now, we are setting out to bring this wonderful bread to the shelves of supermarkets and food service providers across the country—so that our customers no longer have to wait or travel just to enjoy the quality they trust.
But our vision goes beyond just bread.
Right now, Mediterranean grocery stores are fragmented, with each offering only one or two high-quality essentials. Many of our customers have told us that they struggle to find everything they need in one place, often having to shop at multiple stores just to complete their grocery lists.
